You might think the sale itself is enough to make the new ownership official, but that isn’t the case if it was already registered under a different owner. This will also be the due process when you are selling your vessel to someone else. Don’t forget, though, that if there is a mortgage registered to the vessel, it must be transferred or discharged in order to complete the transfer.
Updating your Documentation
