Great news! There is NO fee or form to renew your Certificate of Registry.

A Certificate of Registry is valid for three years. A new Certificate of Registry will be issued to the owner or authorized representative 30 days prior to their expiration date.

NOTE: If you do not report a change of address, and your Certificate of Registry is returned by the postal authorities, your Certificate of Registry may be suspended or cancelled. You may report a change of address by navigating to the following page: CHANGE OF ADDRESS, and completing the steps.
